It’s impossible to put Maciek in any kind of the boxes. He has made commercials for big brands such as PZU, Pekao, L’Oreal, Coca Cola as well as music videos for underground bands, and now he is working on a theatrical project.

He starts each project with a sip of a strong coffee and a belief that a film shouldn’t be just understood but also felt emotionally. Maciek isn’t afraid to get dirty doing the work. He searches for authenticity, freshness, and honesty. His films have won several KTR’s.

Maciek directed TV series called ” Servant Of The People” local-language remake of Servant of the People, the Ukrainian comedy that launched the political career of President Volodymyr Zelensky for a Polish broadcaster Polsat.

“Zabić Miss” is Maciek Bieliński’s newest project, produced for HBO Max and set for release in 2025 — a darkly comic story about how a single violent event shatters the fragile balance of a small community. Blending irony with precise character observation, Bieliński crafts a compelling tale of ambition, guilt, and the masks people wear to survive.

The centre of his world are his 2 sons.
